HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday-Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm & Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm. Supply orders placed by 2:00pm will be shipped same day.

PRICES:

Subject to change without notice, including backorders.

ACCOUNTS:

As follows: COD Cash, COD Company Check, Prepaid, Credit Card and Terms. Accounts with Terms Net 30 are subject to a 1 1/2% carrying charge over 30 days. Accounts past due will be evaluated on an order per order basis which may cause shipping delays. Accounts 45-60 days past due will be put on credit hold. Accounts 90 days past due are considered delinquent and will be subject to collections. For other terms available contact our office.

PAYMENT:

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card & Visa (with signed authorization and picture id), Company Check, Money Orders, Personal Checks accepted with current drivers license. Return check policy, $25.00 first charge and $50.00 second charge.

SHIPMENTS:

FOB Tulsa or point of manufacturer (Equipment and special orders). Orders are shipped via UPS unless specified by customer at customer risk. Merchandise should be opened and inspected by the customer immediately before acceptance. YOU have 48 hours to notify our office of any shortages or error’s. SWP will help in placing a damage claim with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SALES:

Minimum export order is $1000.00. Payment terms on export orders prepayment by bank check or irrevocable letter of credit. All international orders will be prepaid.

SPECIAL ITEMS:

Items that are a special order are non-refundable. Equipment purchases require a deposit before ordering.

ITEMS NOT SHOWN:

If you do not see what you are looking for on our website—call us. We are constantly adding new and innovative items to inventory. We may have what you need.

RETURN POLICY:

To return all or part of your purchase for any reason other than damage or shortage, call our office within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization number and instructions. Merchandise returned without proper labeling will be refused. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns. Special Order Items are not refundable.

WARRANTIES

SouthWestern Process Supply acts as a distributor for many products. Since materials sold can be used in various ways, it is solely up to the user to determine suitability factors before a production run.

ALWAYS Pretest to determine usability for your particular purpose. Any technical advice given by Southwestern Process Supply is based upon information believed reliable and is intended for use by the customer having skill and experience, at customers own risks. Returns and defective merchandise can be made only on verification of the defect and approval by the manufacturer of replacement or refund. SouthWestern Process Supply has made no oral or written, expressed or implied warranties to the purchaser on the products we sell.
