Accu-CureTM Ultraviolet Curing Unit
The Ultimate In High Speed Cool Curing

The Accu-Cure Ultraviolet Curing Unit is the culmination of over 15 years experience in UV curing technology.  No other curing system offers this remarkable combination of performance control and safety features. Engineered for high speed curing of vinyl, polyester, paper and other heat sensitive substrates.  The computer designed cooling system minimizes heat transmission to stock in the curing chamber.

A.W.T.'s Ozone Removal System vents ozone and hot air from the point of origin then safely out of the working area when properly vented.  Specially engineered light guards protect the operator from exposure to actinic light output.  Adjustable gate height on the curing head module may be set according to stock thickness, eliminating light leakage.  Variable position wattage selection allows the operator to adjust lamp output to conditions, prolongs lamp life and conserves energy.

Standard Features
  • UV Curing Head Can Be Repositioned - Provides variable lamp output of 300, 200, or 100 watts; nearly silent operation.
  • Master Control Console - Caster-mounted controls may be used on either side of the chassis.
  • Computer Engineered Cooling System - The quietest & coolest system in the industry cools lamp and belt to prevent stock distortion.
  • Ozone Removal System - Ozone and heated air are removed from the operating area when properly vented.
  • Advanced Design Light Guards - Protect the operator from UV and visible band light, and absorbs lamp heat.
  • Interlock Safety Feature - Alerts operator with an audible tone or visually  when lamp housing cover is open.
  • Vacuum Hold Down - Perforated plates provide belt hold down for thin substrates.
  • FiberlonTM Conveyor Belt - For long life and stability.
  • Adjustable Gate Height - Raises or lowers to accommodate varying substrate thick-nesses and eliminates light leakage.
  • Brush-Free, Maintenance Free, Variable Speed Drive Motor
  • Easily removable reflector for cleaning.
