IntePro sturdy fluted plastic boards are extruded from either polypropylene or high density polyethylene. They are more durable than corrugated fiberboard, lighter weight than wood, and both chemical and water resistant. Available in a variety of colors and in thicknesses ranging from 2-13mm (1/12"-1/2"), IntePro can be die-cut, scored, glued, stitched and ultrasonically welded. It is corona treated so it is receptive to adhesives, vinyl lettering, and can be flexographic or screen printed.

The IntePro plant has both monoextrusion and coextrusion lines and can produce over 140 million pounds of material each year, which is greater than the combined output of all other manufacturers of similar products in North America.
