EasiSolv 5 Stencil Remover is a liquid, concentrated
solution, with additives designed to aggressively dissolve direct,
direct/indirect emulsions, as well as capillary films, providing easy washout
and degreasing with water from all types of screen mesh.
SPECIAL FEATURES:
- EasiSolv 5 is an economical liquid concentrate which easily
mixes one part chemical to four parts water.
- EasiSolv 5 is biodegradable/drain safe with water, which
reduces environment concerns.
- EasiSolv 5 will effectively degrease mesh as it dissolves
emulsions, providing cost effectiveness by saving time and labor.
- EasiSolv 5 will dissolve virtually all films and emulsions
from coarse and fine mesh leaving no emulsion stains or hazes which
interfere with subsequent screen making.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
- Remove all ink from screen and wash off blockout with
water.
- Apply EasiSolv 5 by wipe, brush or spray to both sides of
the screen.
- Rinse both sides of the screen, starting at the top, with a
high pressure rinse
- Flood rinse the screen with water, from the top to remove
any debris or splash back particles. The screen will be cleaned, degreased
and ready to reuse
APPLICATION:
- EasiSolv 5 Screen Wash may be applied through manual
sprayers, air driven sprayers, automatic screen screen reclaiming equipment,
or by hand wiping.
