Description:

Helios is NuArc’s largest screen exposure system, providing exposure for screens from 60” x 72” (152 x 183 cm) up to 82” x 180” (208 x 457 cm). These self-contained systems are designed to rapidly produce extremely high quality exposures with minimal effort. Powerful instant-start 6000-watt multi-spectrum lamps speed production while retaining fine lines and dots. Dual lamps are standard on models designed for screen sizes of 82” x 106” (208 x 269 cm) and larger. Lamp positions adjust for maximum columniation and optimum coverage.

Helios also includes a user friendly computerized system that provides infinite control of exposure, lamp positioning, vacuum drawdown sequence, and lamp operation. Computer-generated diagnostics monitor all functions and speed problem identification and resolution. Vacuum system features include improved heavy-duty blanket material, powered door opening and closing, automatic vacuum break, and static electricity reduction system. The exposure angle on Helios was ergonomically designed to ease screen loading and speed production.

Helios is an exceptionally fast, quiet, and efficient large format exposure system, built with NuArc’s attention to quality, durability, and design excellence, and backed by NuArc’s award-winning service.
