The Jacket Champ jacket holddown comes in five different sizes form 10" to 18" for printing on the backs of jackets. It adapts to all presses. The clam shell locking system holds the jacket in place for multi-color printing. It stretches, clamps and locks in one quick motion. The spring loaded lifter holds the clamp up while loading the jacket. It adjusts to accommodate light to heavy weight jackets. No adhesive is required.
The Jacket Champ front holddown is designed to print on the fronts of jackets. The Printing area is 5 ¼" diameter. This holddown adapts to fit on any press. This versatile holddown can be used for both right & left jacket fronts, for sleeves, for shoulders and for shirt fronts. Our customers have used it on deflated soccer balls and the tops of bucket hats.
The Pocket Champ slides onto your platen (platen sold separately) and thumb screw tightens to the board. It has a 4" x 4" printing area. The Alumibond platens are aluminum bonded to wood platens. They resist warping, are air vented, lightweight, durable and economical. The come in sizes 16" X 20", 14" X 16", and 10" X 12", they can be ordered with and without brackets.
The Sports Champ was designed to meet our customers' need to print on the double lined mesh shorts. It will also hold tote bags, umbrellas, and other odd shaped substrates. It will adapt to any press. It hold securely without adhesives. The front loading and back locking system makes this a versatile and accommodating hold down. The print area is 7 ½" X 7 ½".
The Econo Champ is a revolutionary 4 color 1 station bench model press. This new design makes it possible to have a high quality printer at half the price. It features easy off contact an has an adjustment for any weight screen. It comes with a basic 12" X 15" platen. It will accommodate up to 22" wide screens. All of our attachments for printing on t-shirts, jackets, shorts, tote bags, caps, umbrellas, etc. will fit on and can be added to the Econo Champ. It is built with the same quality that you have come to expect from Livingston Systems. It has a durable powder coat finish. A one year warranty is included. The
Hat Champ is designed to fit on any press. You do not need special screens you
can use your regular screens. The platens are exchangeable, they thumb screw on
and off so you can print on all types of caps and visors. The platens come with
two removable foam pads, one with a groove for ease in printing on the seamed
six panel caps. Hat Champ's unique pull and lock system holds secure enough for
multi-color printing-no adhesive is required. It features micro-registration on
level and height. An instructional video is included with helpful printing tips.
The
Sleeve Champ is a 4 ½" X
14" hold down that is ideal for printing on sleeves, pant legs, the yoke
and fronts of jerseys, singlets, the back of shorts, etc. It holds secure enough
for printing on the two layer garments. It will adapt to any press.
