Murakami Capillary Films are SBQ-PVA based pure photopolymer films
manufactured under the highest standard of quality control at our
factory. (ISO-9001 Certified).
Murakami SBQ Films are developed to overcome common disadvantages of
diazo based capillary films. It features;
Fast exposure
No color darkening during exposure or storage.
Long shelf life up to 1 to 3 years
Less pinholes and fisheyes
Excellent humidity resistance
High resolution and definition for critical images
Capillary films are recommended over direct emulsions when a specific
stencil profile is preferred. You can achieve repetitive printing result
including resolution and definition or thickness over mesh (ink deposit
volume).
MS-FILM
Emulsion thickness available in 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30,
35, 40, 50, 80 microns Excellent resistance to Toluene, Trichlorethylene,
Ethyl Acetate, Buthyl Cellasolve, M.I.B.K. Water+IPA. Designed for PCB,
MLCC, Panels and other graphic applications.
MS-GRAPHIC FILM
Emulsion thickness available in 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 microns Excellent
resistance to most of solvents featuring better flexibility. Designed
for general graphic printing application
Technical Tips
Improving durability and longevity of the capillary
stencil Use Murakami FILMs with ONE POT SOL-C by direct indirect methods
or back-up coats on the squeegee side. A thorough drying is important. |
