| Acrylic
Bonding Primer/Block Out White is a multipurpose
interior or exterior water-based acrylic primer. It is designed for use
as a white block out for previously painted vinyl surfaces. The coating
is fast dry, blister and stain resistant. It is also easy to apply onto
a variety of substrates including enamel receptive vinyl, wood, Masonite,
MDO plywood, drywall, glass, galvanized metal, and masonry surfaces.
Block
Out White is a semi-opaque, oil-based enamel for use as a
first coat for repainting jobs where tracing and duplicating the old
lettering or graphics through and on top of a fresh white background is
desired. This coating may also be used as a sealer on porous surfaces.
High
Build White Primer is a high viscosity water-based primer
developed to seal off porosity in high density urethane foam and other
porous substrates. This primer can also fill tooling marks in most woods
and foams. The coating is easily sanded to a smooth finish.
Block
Out White (PBOW) is a fast drying, high opacity coating
that is used to "block out" previous painted sign faces and
cover uneven colors of substrates. It is also used to prime new
MDO surfaces and is readily sanded. Because of its exceptionally
fast dry time, this product is most often used in production
environments.
Block
Out White (PBOW602) is a high viscosity, block out white.
Higher in pigmentation than PBOW Block Out White, this material is
chosen when virtually complete coverage over a previously painted sign
is desired. This is often important when top-coating with the more
transparent colors and color mixes.
Masonite
Primer White is made expressly for tempered hardboard (Masonite),
providing excellent adhesion and durability, while retaining the smooth
finish surface appearance of the hardboard sheet.

Metal
and Wood Primer White is a fast drying high opacity
primer with good adhesive qualities on both wood and steel. A
coarser pigment particle offers the system greater "tooth"
than PBOW Block Out White and PMPW Masonite Primer White. Metal
and wood primer sands easily. It is also good for use as a
primer-burnishing sealer under gold sizes and may be slightly tinted.
Ti-Cote
Clear Primer Barrier Coat is a high performance
water-based clear primer/barrier coating developed for use on vinyl
substrates such as flexible faces, awnings, banners and self adhesive
vinyls. This coating allows the use of enamel topcoats and
lettering enamels.
Vinyl
Primer is a water-based primer for vinyl and most
synthetic surfaces providing excellent adhesion for 1 SHOT lettering
enamels, GRAPHIC COAT bulletin colors, fluorescent colors, and art and
sign poster colors.
High
Performance, Waterborne Acrylic Coating Block Out White is
specifically formulated as a high opacity block out white or primer for
wood, MDO or vinyl substrates. This primer exhibits extremely good
ultraviolet resistance and weathering properties. This
coating dries to a flat or a semi-gloss finish depending on the number
of coats. Inter-coat adhesion, with either oil or water-based
topcoats, is excellent.
Universal
White Primer is a water-based, high performance modified
acrylic, suitable for priming many substrates. It exhibits excellent
adhesion to wood, metal, acrylic, urethane foam, most rigid PVC,
properly prepared brick and concrete and many other surfaces. It is not
suitable for polycarbonate. This primer exhibits good long term
durability due to its water permeability when used on wood surfaces. It
is also easy to sand. This coating can be lightly buffed to a
glass-smooth finish using a fine sandpaper and water enhancing the high
gloss of the top coat.
