Sharper Image Auto-Cut Diamond Wheel Squeegee
Sharpener delivers a super sharp squeegee edge with
smoothness & accuracy, that's easy to operate,
safe & clean. In addition to better printing
quality, a sharp squeegee offers consistently lower
ink buildup which is the major factor for reduced
ink cost. You can also eliminate streaks and skips
while controlling ink and squeegee pressure
uniformity. This is of prime importance when
printing with UV inks or clear coatings. This unit
is very fast, easy to setup and use.
Instant-to-clamp, locks the squeegee blade into
position and two knobs adjust for parallel position.
The oversized, 6" diameter sharpening heads,
make fewer revolutions per minute, cutting down on
heat and friction which destroys the squeegee.
Maximum safety is assured with the Complete Guard
Enclosure.
The built-in Vacuum
System will reduce heat and remove squeegee
particles keeping your area clean. Various shaped
diamond wheels are available in Course, Medium and
Fine Grits for cutting, polishing and shaping. All
wheels can be changed quickly and safely to produce
the smoothness, accuracy and the sharpest edge
essential to high quality screen printing. There are
many different grits available.
