NuArc’s SPVF Series Direct Screen Vacuum Frames are sized for large and multiple screen exposures. These tilting and rotating frames can be positioned anywhere in a 360º arc. This makes it possible to rotate the frame to a vertical position with the option of facing the frame either toward or away from the operator. This allows a freestanding exposure unit to operate from either side of the vacuum frame. Two models, SPVF 3650 and SPVF 5572, can also be rotated 180º to a glass-up horizontal position for exposure from an overhead light source. The SPVF 3650 and SPVF 5572 are also available as wall mounts.

In addition to the eight standard-size models in the SPVF Series, NuArc designs and manufactures custom sizes to match customer requirements. All models in the SPVF Series have NuArc’s exclusive patented vacuum release system. The heavy-duty maintenance-free vacuum pumps provide rapid drawdown. The vacuum blankets are made of exceptionally flexible and resilient material for performance and longevity. These are coupled with NuArc’s custom designed positive-seal blanket bead profile to assure intimate contact between the blanket, the glass, and the screen frame. All models in Nuarc’s SPVF Series are solidly constructed of heavy-duty steel and designed for easy, smooth rotation.
