A.W.T.'s Super-Tex Series of
multi-color textile printers features an advanced design that
will take manual printing into the twenty-first century.
Beginning with the distinctive
heavy-duty extra stable hexagonal base, the Super-Tex Series
is defined by Insta-ClampTM ,
a new concept in pallet mounting, offering instant change-over
for all pallet sizes without
using tools. Because the Super-Tex is designed for a wide
range of printing challenges, a
single hand knob changes spring tension quickly - for better
control over screen lift
whatever type or size screen in use.
The features you wanted in a high performance manual textile
printer are standard on the
Super-Tex. Equipped with heavy-duty steel casters and an
advanced leveling system, the
ultra-solid hexagonal base design also offers easy height
adjustment to minimize operator
fatigue and improve production speeds. A combination of a
hardened steel shaft and an
engineering grade bearing rotation system make carousel
movement smooth and easy.
Micro-registration and hardened steel eccentric bearing head
registration system assures
reliable multi-color printing.
Overall, the Super-Tex is built to deliver smooth operation to
assure reliable, distortion-free
prints every time. Off-contact is also adjustable without
tools. Universal frame clamping
system offers side or rear screen support.
