Description:

Tri-Light features NuArc’s patented instant-start power technology, which reduces glass temperature, power consumption, and environmental heating effects. Its single-point light source retains fine lines and dots while delivering high power for quick exposures. Tri-Light models are available in 6000 and 3000 watts (field-upgradeable to 6000 watts). The light source and vacuum frame are completely enclosed, and the exposure lamp cannot be turned on while the blanket frame is open, perfect for areas housing unexposed screens. NuArc’s PLC controller and light integration systems deliver precise control over vacuum duration, accurate lamp output compensation, and precise repeatability. Maximum screen frame outside diameter is 42” x 60” (107 x 152 cm).

When combined with M&R’s Tri-Loc Rapid Registration System, Tri-Light offers the most efficient image-to-press system available. Double Tri-Loc capacity allows operators to burn two same-size screens at once, doubling productivity, while reducing the wear on the vacuum blanket and exposure lamp.

Tri-Light’s 1/4 HP maintenance-free vacuum pump provides rapid drawdown, and NuArc’s unique manifold system provides intimate contact by drawing air through holes in the blanket frame tube. NuArc’s patented vacuum release system instantly releases vacuum, and the counterbalanced blanket frame is equipped with pneumatic cylinders for easy opening. Tri-Light’s 41” (104 cm) working height offers no-step access, and the unit can be disassembled to easily navigate a 30” (76 cm) doorway. Removable covers provide easy access to all serviceable items. The Tri-Light is a remarkably affordable screen imaging system, built with NuArc’s attention to quality, durability, and design excellence, and backed by NuArc’s award-winning service.
