Maxopake inks are the most opaque plastisol colors available. Even the Neon color, traditionally extremely transparent, are both fluorescent bright and highly opaque. Maxopake inks have a soft, creamy consistency and are recommended for direct manual on black and dark colored garments.

Athletic Gloss plastisol inks provide glossy, opaque prints with excellent elasticity. Athletic Gloss inks are recommended for printing large numbers, letters and designs with thick ink deposits on cotton and cotton/poly athletic garments as well as nylon mesh jerseys. Athletic Gloss ink is excellent for printing on many stretch fabrics used in active-wear (bathing suits, cycling suits, dance-wear, etc.) such as Lycra/Spandex where great elasticity and toughness is required.

When used with Nylobond, Union Ink’s nylon adhesion promoting additive, Athletic Gloss is the ink of choice for printing on nylon jackets.

Mix-Opake plastisol ink is designed with the most advanced technology and made with the finest raw materials to provide the best printing opaque plastisol in the industry. With Union’s Mix-Opake inks you can simulate any color in the PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM. The Mix-Opake inks are also an excellent choice for standard colors when color matching is not required.

Mix-Opake prints easily by hand and also prints well on the fastest automatic presses. With MIXO plastisols, you won’t have to slow your production with additional flash curing stations between color or to clean excessive build-up under the screens.

Mix-Opake contains balanced, ready-for-use plastisols-not concentrated pigments.

Super white (Mixo-1000) is extremely opaque, easy to mix with other MIXO Series colors, and performs well as a fast flashing underbase white on 100% cotton fabric to provide a smooth finish for overprinting.

Ultrasoft inks are versatile, lead-free, plastisol inks formulated for direct printing and heat transfer manufacturing. They have good coverage on light and medium-colored garments. When printing on dark fabrics, a white underbase is recommended.

Tru-Tone (PRPL) is the premier ink for process color printing on textiles. Tru-Tone inks have extremely accurate, consistent colors, very low dot gain, and are ready to print right out of the can.
